My name is Elodie and I left everything behind to live my dream.
After a successful career in business as an executive, I felt like I was always chasing time, life, and was starting to think that I was missing out on something. I had preconceived ideas, thinking that it was impossible to make a living from a passion, or that work means constraints. I quickly understood that the truth was quite different and there was a whole other world: the one where you can accomplish your dreams and make a living from a passion. I invented Yoga dance, it was created around yoga philosophy, movement, yoga poses and so much more.
What is Yoga dance?
This practice was created in order to reunite two passions: Yoga and Dance.
Repeating the
Flow leads you to a first approach of meditation. The class is beneficial to the body, but also to the mind. After a few classes, you get better strength, flexibility, energy and self-confidence. The class allows you to let go thanks to repetition, mindful body
movements, and work on deep muscles.
If you want to work on your balance, flexibility, and be in harmony with your body, Yoga Dance will give you a great sense of fulfillment. The mix between dance, floorwork and balance will help you work on movement flow.
